The Woods Maine was an epic summer video production project for Media Northeast.

In their wordsThe Woods Maine is a treehouse by convention, a high-end home by design. It is a quintessential New England-style home in the trees. Designed by Pete Nelson and built by Nelson Treehouse & Supply. Private, secluded, and effortlessly livable if you never want to leave.

Documenting the treehouse build was a team effort and a labor of love. The Woods’ owners, Rob & Sam, celebrity builder Pete Nelson, and the hardworking crew of Nelson Treehouse & Supply worked all summer long while Media Northeast recorded the dream coming to life. We will forever remember this project as a magical Maine opportunity.

Our work included on-site video, audio, aerials video, editing, photography, plus interactive tour work for the property. We made multiple trips to Norway, Maine, to documented key moments, capture personalities, and record the spirit of the build for marketing campaign films.

Results The campaign named #taketothetrees, was wildly successful earning The Woods Maine a loyal following, fans, and future renters. Media Northeast delivered one final film, ten shorts for use on social media, photographs, and one interactive 360° tour of the property. Our clients can use these visual assets for their business marketing, web, and social media needs for years. We love that a Maine family gets to cherish our work. Our collection of videos records the unique home’s history and the beautiful family that brought it to life. The films give a historical record for generations to enjoy.

Last, Media Northeast completed a 360° tour of this fantastic vacation property. This type of interactive property tour allows visitors to look before they reserve. For luxury venues, apartments, and rentals, this tour is an excellent return on investment as it is a high converting tool for booking vacationers.
